"Figaro"
8 x 10 Acrylic on Canvas - Framed
We had a neighborhood cat that was the boldest
feline I ever encountered. He would rudely shoulder his way into your
house if you weren't quick enough to close the door upon entering. I
don’t believe he ever met a fence he couldn't conquer.
"Garden Door"
24x30 Acrylic on Canvas - Framed
There are intriguing
possibilities hidden behind doors and windows. I like to walk along
quaint streets trying to imagine what goes on behind the doors and windows of
the houses as I pass by. I've painted many doors and windows and don't
seem to get tired of them.
"Kiawah Island Dunes"
24x36 Acrylic on Canvas - Framed
Sometimes the ocean seems almost
frightening in its vast and seemingly endless depths, especially in a
storm. But on a calm day, there's nothing more peaceful to me than the
meeting of fathomless blue ocean and endless sky.
"Blue Lagoon"
24x36 Acrylic on Canvas - Framed
$1,100
This scene is actually from the Greek Isles, which reminded me very much of the
Caribbean islands, particularly the intense blue-green of the waters.
"Nassau Church" 30x40 Acrylic on Canvas - Framed
$900
In Nassau, there’s a
church on almost every corner. Also on almost every corner is the ubiquitous Royal Poinciana, dripping its
red flowers all across the island. It’s
a combination that never fails to bring back the memorable times spent there
with good friends.
"Coconut Water"
20x24 Acrylic on Canvas - Framed
Coconut water is the
quintessential Caribbean thirst quencher.
This woman is squinting into the bottom of the coconut, hoping for a few more
drops or maybe some of that milky ‘coconut jelly’.
